                    she stood in the field

                    eating wild berries

                    each one more delightful

a treat for a princess, she thought

she felt like she did as a child

                    free and energized

                    she took off her clothes

                    piece by piece

                    in the bright sunlight

                    feeling the sweetness of life

                    remembering the feeling of childhood

when life was simple and uninhibited

she danced alone, naked and free

while the birds danced above the trees

                    the rabbits pranced past her

                    she felt freedom and peace

something she had not felt in a long time

                    her inner child emerged

                    becoming one with the universe
